BulletBlocker’s Bulletproof Flight Jacket is a classic, extra full cut jacket inspired by the original MA-1 flight jacket issued by the United States Air Force since the 1940s to Air Force and Navy pilots.  Designed to serve as an intermediate weight weight jacket for use all year, the timeless style has  remained popular for decades and blends into any casual atmosphere.  The most unique feature of this jacket is that the liner has integrated NIJ IIIA body armor, rated to stop virtually every handgun threat up to a .44 magnum and shotgun blasts.  Designed for an inconspicuous fit, the flight jacket conceals the body armor while standing, walking, or sitting.

The BulletBlocker Flight Jacket’s ballistic panels provide front and rear protection with torso coverage up to the collarbone area.  An optional full wrap design is available which provides side coverage for additional ballistic protection.  When the full wrap is added to clothing, the front and back panels overlap on each side providing an added tactical advantage.  Keep in mind that the additional ballistic material used for the full wrap may lessen concealability slightly.  The full wrap is available for an additional $170.00.  The bulletproof liner itself is removable from the jacket.  The jacket is available in black and navy and weighs only 6.5 lbs.  Please see the chart below for sizing.
