American Blast System’s PASGT Ballistic Helmet is a lightweight, maximum coverage NIJ Standard 0106.01 Level IIIA helmet. The PASGT helmet style is in common use by military personnel and law enforcement that provides ballistic protection to cover the full temple of the head and below the ear. The American Blast PASGT version is lightweight, weighing 3.2 lbs and is rated to stop handgun threats up to a .44 magnum and virtually every shotgun threat. An adjustable 4-point harness system with a crown mesh, padded inserts, and chin cup secures the helmet for a comfortable fit. These helmets will no longer be produced by American Blast Systems and consequently the remaining stock is being sold at a highly discounted rate.
