The perfect discreet ballistic protection for teachers or office workers. This 1″ thick open cell foam comfort cushion also incorporates a lightweight 20 oz Level IIIA ballistic armor panel rated to stop bullets up to .357 and .44 Magnum, 9mm, .45 hollow point ammunition, and shotgun blasts. The outside is constructed of 1000D water resistant nylon and there are no tags or markings to indicate the product is anything but an ordinary cushion. The non-slip cushion grips become handles to grasp as a safety shield when a threat is presented. The anti-ballistic panel can be removed to swap in a backpack or other bag. External tie downs are included to help keep the cushion in place. The cushion measures 16″l x 12″w x 1.5″d and is available in black or white.
