The M20SX Javelot is a heavy duty designed tactical flashlight that features a customized high intensity Cree XP-L LED and a stainless steel bezel. Like the other flashlights in the Javelot series, the M20SX has a larger than average tactical strike bezel which makes is a more effective self-defense tool and it also accommodates a bigger reflector. A larger reflector allows for a tighter flashlight beam. While not quite as bright or the same throw distance as the M23, the M20SX still produces an impressive cool white beam with a compact hotspot that reaches 1,213 feet. The flashlight is powered by (1) 18650 or (2) CR123A batteries (batteries and charger can be purchased separately). The M20SX is activated by two-tail cap button switches. One of the buttons is a phosphorescent, industrial silicone switch at the end of the light and the second switch is located on the side toward the tail end. The light operates with 3 different brightness levels and a strobe mode (please see attached graphic for run times). The tail switch has a ‘momentary on’ function or full on or off that can be programmed to turn on to the last used brightness level and the side switch can cycle through all the brightness levels. The body is made of anti-scratch mil spec anodized aluminum. The M20SX Javelot also comes equipped with an extra O-ring, belt clip, a holster for belt carry, wrist strap, and a diffuser that produces a flood light effect when attached. The grip ring provides options for an alternative hold when used in conjunction with a handgun or other object in the opposite hand. The M20SX offers a high performance tactical lights with a long distance beam and enhanced features for self-defense, perfect for EDC use. For a larger strike bezel and slightly better lumen maximum output, check out the M23 Javelot.
