Expanding on their concept of drop-down bulletproof paneling found in their Shield Briefcase, BulletBlocker has now created a portable full-body shield available in thee different width sizes.  The Presidential Drop-Down Shield provides ballistic coverage totaling up to 1,984 square inches!  Level IIIA ballistic protection is accomplished with the latest DuPont Kevlar weave found in other BulletBlocker products, making the shield as light and as compact to transport as possible.  The carrying cradle is constructed with rugged 1000D Cordura Nylon and the full shield can be deployed within seconds.

The shield was primarily developed to be handheld to protect vital organs and extremities in an active shooter situation, but it can also be hung over a doorway or window to stop ballistic threats from entering a room.  The shield has three grab handles and one foothold to keep it securely in place once deployed and while on the move to safety.  To reassemble the shield, a 3-clip system ensures it remains closed for transport.  The Presidential Drop-Down Shield is a practical solution for politicians, executive protection, office workers, and education staff wanting to take a proactive approach to their personal safety.
