The NIJ IIIA bullet resistant Clear Backpack is the perfect bulletproof protection for students attending schools where clear backpacks are mandatory. Other security conscious locations are also beginning to institute similar restrictions for bags that must be see-through to guard against the carrying of weapons and explosives. This clear backpack is made of durable and lightweight PVC vinyl material that complies with such security measures. An anti-ballistic panel weighing only 20 oz. is placed into the back of the pack, converting the bag into a bulletproof shield. The level IIIA panel is rated to stop bullets up to .357 Magnum, .44 Magnum, 9mm, .45 hollow point, and shotgun blasts.
The BulletBlocker Clear Backpack has a larger main compartment to hold larger times like textbooks or a laptop. The front pocket is great for organizing smaller times. The backpack measures 17.5″h x 12.5″w x 5.5″d which is a total capacity of 45L.
